About this marketplace
Beauty X Touch is a marketplace: independent sellers list their products and services, and we provide the shop, checkout, payment collection and support. A purchase may involve one or several sellers; each seller is responsible for their items.
Orders & payments
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is collected by us on behalf of the sellers and released to them after fulfilment. Buyer funds are only captured once the seller ships or confirms dispatch.
Returns & cancellations
You can cancel an order before dispatch. For products, the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days within the EU) applies; services may be cancelled until the provider starts work. Contact support and we coordinate directly with the seller.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Guest checkout is always available; an account is only needed to keep your order history.
